Over others?

Control over other people, to keep them in line or to make them do your bidding seems to be a fairly big thing in the world. Using commercials, subliminal messaging, fear and other methods to keep people in line. And for what?

Usually just plain old money and/or power.

I'm not here to spew out conspiracy theories on how your goverment is lying to you. They are, but so is almost everyone else. So nothing new there. I guess it's much more important to look at the phenomenon and wonder where it comes from. How do we measure our worth?

By money? Cars? Partners?

Pathetic really.

Of course I'm well aware that most people in the world lack creativity to make something themselves and, therefore, use one of the three above to measure their worth.

Or use a ruler.
