Are traditionally there

Cinnamon and cherry candy canes
Specifically those types
One brittle, chewy and brown
The other deep red without stripes

And there's always the pink
Cotton candy on a stick
Leaving lips and fingers sticky
No matter how careful your trick

Lastly you sometimes see nougat
Flat diamond shapes in foil
With a thin layer of chocolate
Maybe so it doesn't spoil

Those are the classics
While I'm sure there are trends
You can still find them all
At fairs in the Netherlands
