Some titles, such as sir and madam, are culturally accepted and may be fine with respect to preferred pronouns.
Suggestive titles, such as slut, puppy, toy and slave, imply a role for the other to fill. Did they agree to that? What if a stranger called you this?
Honorifics, such as mistress, master and teacher, convey a relationship within most contexts. While it can appear respectful, it assumes a place for them and yourself that may not be established.
